Tasting Note

Fresh stone fruit and zesty lemon lead the way, with a pop of fruit and
spice adding vibrancy. Subtle oak and well-balanced fruit bring a smooth
mouthfeel, while soft acidity and a hint of minerality carry through to a
long, fruity finish.

Food Pairing

Perfect with bright, zesty bites like ceviche or moules-frites, and made
for lemon pepper wings on the patio. When it comes to cheese, Gruyère,
Havarti, or Pecorino are all deliciously up to the task.
