Apple, pear, and lime are prominent for both the aroma and the taste profile. A light, crisp wine that is perfect for sipping or pairing with rich vibrant dishes because of its refreshing finish.

Food Pairing

Pairs perfectly with Thai chili crab, roasted duck and brined pork chops with apple compote. Great with Chevre, Parmigiano Reggiano and Cambozola cheese.
