A bouquet of strawberries, some sour cherries and hints of spice on the nose. The palate is rich and textured with similar flavours of ripe strawberries, baking spices and toastiness. The tannins are firm yet approachable, and the acid is in balance, offering a refreshingly long-lasting finish.
Pairs with a wide variety of dishes because of its bright acidity and rich fruit character. Try with garlic and herb roasted pork tenderloin, oven baked salmon filets, and bacon stuffed mushrooms. We also suggest trying this beatiful Pinot on its own – it’s a fan favourite!
